Greetings from the negotiations table. We have good news to share. After months of work on the part of our great team, we have a tentative agreement ready for action. The highlights include a 4% increase in the salaries for all unit members retroactive to July 1, 2015. Our numbers from the state and our own research support that increase. We will not talk about money next year but will return to the topic in 2017/18 when our entire contract reopens. Classes will be reduced by one student next year.
